D. The area mined will be an approximate 15' -30' in depth. <br />E. A portable crusher will be used to produce aggregate for the <br />CDOT project on Highway 9, the location of the plant is indicated <br />on Exhibit E, mining plan. <br />F. An Asphaltic Concrete Batch Plant and Ready Mix Concrete Batch <br />Plant will be located on the mine site in conjunction with the <br />highway project. The location of the plants is indicated on Exhibit <br />E, Mining Plan. These plants are permitted under the County's <br />Special Use Permit. <br />G. Excavated pit area for mining will be an approximate 30 acres. <br />Please refer to Exhibit C. <br />H. An access road entrance as shown on Exhibit A. <br />I. Fuel and oil products will be stored on the site. A Spill Prevention, <br />Control, and Countermeasure plan is included in MH4 of our <br />Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan ( SWPPP) that is included <br />as part of our Colorado Discharge Permit. As required by our <br />County Special Use Permit, all secondary storage is 150% of the <br />material being stored. Our SWPPP is included in its entirety for <br />convenience. <br />J. Equipment Servicing will be done onsite, all servicing vehicles will <br />be equipped with spill kits to facilitate immediate containment of <br />any accidental spills. All spills will be cleaned up immediately in <br />accordance with our SPCC Plan. <br />K. Approximately 12,000 gallons of water per day will be hauled in to <br />the pit from the Town of Kremmling. Water will be stored in an <br />HDPE lined construction water pond. The pond location is <br />indicated on Exhibit E. <br />
