2016, as required by Rule 6.3.3(1)(a) in reference to your ¶6. The Mining Plan has been amended <br />to reflect this change <br />6) In re your ¶7, and in conformity with Rule 6.3.3(1)(f), the Mining Plan has been <br />amended to specify the volume of waste rock which is present at the site. <br />7) The Mining Plan has been amended to delete all processing on -site and <br />correspondingly the need for any water storage or use on site in re your ¶8. <br />8) The storage of diesel fuel will not be used on -site as amended in the Mining Plan <br />in re your 19. <br />9) In re your ¶ 10, and the requirements of Rule 6.3.3 (1)(n), and as stated on the <br />Permit Application, the Mining Plan has been amended to show that the primary minerals <br />produced will be gold and silver. <br />10) In re your ¶11 the Mining Plan has been amended to use biocompost to create <br />topsoil on site and a range of depth of compost to be applied has also been added. <br />11) In re your ¶12 the Mining Plan has been amended to substitute weed free <br />biocompost for topsoil construction and the schedule and application method for the same. The <br />biocompost material will be imported at the completion of the dump removal and not stored on- <br />site. <br />12) In re your 113 the Mining Plan has been amended to state the method(s) of <br />erosion control and the location of the same. <br />13) In re your 114 the Mining Plan has been amended to remove any statement as to <br />the use of patterns to remove the tailings. <br />14) In re your ¶15 the Mining Plan has been amended to include a plan to minimize <br />the potential effects of spills of acid - generating material during handling and loading. <br />15) In re your ¶16 the Mining Plan has been amended to delete the use of a storage <br />shed on the site. <br />16) In re your ¶17 the Mining Plan has been amended to remove any mining activity <br />from the Iron Claim. <br />17) In re your ¶ 18 the Reclamation Plan has been amended to include a statement <br />that no reclaimed slopes shall exceed 3H: IV as required by Rule 6.3.4(1)(b). <br />18) In re your ¶19 the Reclamation Plan has been amended to include a statement that <br />the seedbed will be prepared by chiseling and/or discing as required by 6.3.4(1)(c)(ii). <br />
