Richardson Lode Claims; DRMS File No. M- 2014 -006; Preliminary Adequacy <br />Review <br />Dear Mr. Cunningham, <br />Pursuant to your letter of February 5, 2015 the following is submitted to respond to the <br />requirements of said letter. <br />1) In re your $1. Attached are copies of the receipt for publication, and a copy of the <br />published public notice in the local newspaper of general circulation where the proposed mining <br />operation is to occur. In addition, attached are copies of the certified mail receipts to the adjacent <br />landowners. <br />2) The Mining Plan — Exhibit C has been amended to satisfy the concerns of the <br />Colorado Historical Society, the Colorado Division of Water Resources and Colorado Parks and <br />Wildlife. Specifically the use of water has been eliminated from the mining plan so that no <br />source of water is required, and the storm water management plan as required will not retain <br />stormwater for a period of time exceeding 72 hours. In addition, the mining plan has been <br />amended to include a statement to the affect that if any human remains are encountered on the <br />subject property during mining operations the requirements of C.R.S. 24 -80 shall be applicable <br />and will be complied with, as required by the Colorado Historical Society. The recommendations <br />by Colorado Parks and Wildlife in re weed management and erosion control have also been <br />incorporated in the appropriate places in the Mining Plan and in Exhibit D- Reclamation Plan. <br />3) In re your ¶4 the Mining Plan has been amended to delete any processing of <br />materials onsite. <br />4) In re your ¶5 the Mining Plan has been amended to remove the statement that "No <br />structures... etc ". <br />5) Mining operations are estimated to commence during the spring of 2015, i.e., on <br />or about March 1St through 15th, and should be completed by the fall of 2016, i.e., October 1, <br />
