February 11, 2015 C -1981 -010 /Trapper Mine JLE <br />compliance and the maximum weight of explosives used per 8 millisecond period was below the required <br />threshold. <br />Blast records LD03PML #13 conducted on January 30, 2015 was inspected. The record appears to be in <br />compliance and the maximum weight of explosives used per 8 millisecond period was below the required <br />threshold. <br />Blast records KS14PR007#4, conducted on December 4, 2014 was inspected. The record appears to be in <br />compliance and the maximum weight of explosives used per 8 millisecond period was below the required <br />threshold. <br />The records from November 4, 2014 to January 30, 2015 were completed on the new blast summary log. The logs <br />were complete and the blast design and timing is much easier to follow. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage — Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />East A -Pit was holding water. <br />East Flume Pond #I was holding water that is being pumped from the active pit area. The sediment level marker <br />was in place the primary and emergency spillway was clear and functional. The embankment was stable. <br />East Middle Flume Pond 41 was holding water and was discharging out of the primary and emergency spillway <br />but the water percolated into the soil before it reached the flume. The sediment level marker was in place and the <br />primary and emergency spillway was clear and functional. The embankment was stable. <br />Middle Flume Pond #3 was holding water and discharging. The primary and emergency spillway was clear and <br />functional. The embankment was stable. Water was leaking under the flume and will need to be repaired. <br />Middle Flume Pond #1 was holding water and the embankment was stable and the primary and emergency <br />spillway was clear and functional. <br />Horse Gulch Pond was holding water but did not appear to be discharging out of the flume. The pond <br />embankment was stable. <br />West Horse Pond was inaccessible due to the snow and mud conditions. <br />Impoundment H was holding water but was not discharging.
