February 11, 2015 C -1981 -010 /Trapper Mine <br />JLE <br />West Pyeatt Ponds #1 and #2 were observed from the northern access road. The upper West Pyeatt pond was <br />holding a small amount of water but was not discharging. The lower West Pyeatt pond was dry. The <br />embankments appeared stable. <br />Middle Pyeatt Pond 91, 2 and 3 were observed from the northern access road. These ponds were dry and not <br />discharging. The embankments appeared stable. <br />East Pyeatt Ponds #1, 2 and 3 were holding water and discharging. The primary and emergency spillways <br />appeared clear and functional and the embankments were stable. <br />Grouse Ponds and Sage Ponds were observed from the ridge above the ponds. The upper Grouse pond was <br />holding water but not discharging. All of the other ponds were dry. The embankments appeared stable. <br />Oak Gulch Ponds 1 and 2 were observed. These ponds were holding water but were not discharging. The <br />embankments were stable. The sediment markers were in place and the primary and emergency spillways were <br />clear and functional. <br />Johnson 10 R pond was holding water and discharging. The embankment appeared stable. Several ground <br />squirrel holes were observed on the embankment and will need to be repaired. The primary and emergency <br />spillway was clear and functional. <br />Johnson Ponds #6, 7, 8 and 9 were observed. Pond 6 was holding water but the primary spillway was frozen and <br />not discharging. Ponds 7, 8 and 9 were holding water and discharging. All of the embankments were stable and <br />the primary and emergency spillways of ponds 7, 8 and 9 were clear and functional. <br />No Name 95R pond was holding water and discharging. The embankment was stable and the primary and <br />emergency spillways were clear and functional. <br />No Name Pond #2 and 4 were holding water and discharging. The pond embankments were stable. The primary <br />and emergency spillways were clear and functional. <br />Far East Buzzard Pond was dry. The primary and emergency spillways were clear and functional and the <br />embankment appeared stable. <br />The Industrial Waste Pond was holding water and discharging. The pond embankment was stable. <br />Coyote Pond was holding water but was not discharging. The primary and emergency spillways were clear and <br />functional.
