Therefore, no additional volume <br />is needed to complete re- topsoiling using the substitute material. Of the 28.7 disturbed acres in the <br />north mine area, 2.8 acres will remain as ponds and 2.8 acres will remain as roads, therefore, only <br />23.1 acres will require the substitute fines.
