The index map as submitted does not include the portion of the affected <br />area north of 132nd Ave (please see the enclosed index map from Amendment No. 1 ( AM -01)). <br />Please revise the index map to include the permitted area north of 132nd Ave. <br />EXHIBIT C - Pre - mining and Mining Plan Map(s) of Affected Lands (Rule 6.4.3): <br />3) Please illustrate on Maps C -1 and C -4 the entire permit boundary (current permit boundary and <br />newly added affected area). Maps C -1 and C -4 as submitted do not include the portion of the <br />affected area north of 132nd Ave (please see the enclosed index map from AM -01). Please revise <br />Maps C -1 and C -4 to include the affected area north of 132nd Ave. <br />EXHIBIT E - Reclamation Plan (Rule 6.4.5): <br />4) Please provide a design for the french drain that drains into the South Platte River. DRMS believes <br />that this is the most appropriate outfall location for the french drain. <br />5) Please provide engineering drawings that illustrate the plan view and profile view of the proposed <br />french drain. <br />6) Please provide calculations to support the planned minimum flow capacity of 1 US through the <br />french drain. <br />7) How often does the Applicant/Operator anticipate needing to clean out the french drain? <br />8) How will the french drain be maintained after the site has undergone final performance warranty <br />and financial warranty releases? <br />9) Please commit to cleaning out the french drain prior to requesting final performance warranty and <br />financial warranty releases. <br />10) Please commit to submitting to the Division within 60 days of completion of the french drain, a <br />certification by a qualified engineer confirming the french drain has been constructed to design. <br />11) Will the Einspahr's land be reclaimed back to rangeland/pastureland? <br />EXHIBIT F - Reclamation Plan Map (Rule 6.4.6): <br />12) Please provide a Reclamation Plan Map(s) that illustrates how all of the affected land will be <br />reclaimed (this will need to include what is currently permitted and what is being added, please see <br />the attached Reclamation Plan Map from AM -01). The map(s) of the affected area, shall indicate <br />the following: <br />
