As noted under Item No.6, it appears the existing slopes at the proposed mine site are <br /> steeper than three percent. As required by Rule 6.3.4(1)(b), specify the maximum gradient of <br /> reclaimed slopes (horizontal:vertical). Active areas of digging to be permitted on the claim <br /> and all that include the area to be bonded, do not exceed three percent grade. <br /> 9. As required by Rule 6.3.4(1)(a), specify at what point in the mining plan and to what <br /> depth(s) overburden will be replaced in relation to ongoing extraction The Applicant's <br /> response should reference the commitment to not have more than four excavations (2 'W x <br /> 10'L x 10'D) and associated stockpile areas disturbed at any given time. Please re read 6.3.5 <br /> Exhibit E part (f) that states the dimensions and information of the existing pits; as follows: <br /> (f) Open pits were in the area at the time of discovery and are currently being reclamated by <br /> Travis and Amanda Anderson. There are four such pits that we have filled two of so far, with <br /> granite, topsoil and each said 10x10 ft. pit will have a pine tree planted on it, and checked <br /> twice a year for growth and development of the trees. We will fill the other two pits that were <br /> pre existing on our claim by October 2015 as well as re plant them with flora to match the <br /> surrounding areas of the claim to include pine trees and there will be no more than four <br /> excavations of(2'W x 10'L x 10'D and associated stockpile areas to accommodate these piles. <br /> 10. <br /> 6.3.5 Exhibit E - Map <br /> 10. The Mining and Reclamation Plan Maps which were submitted for Exhibit E were not to the <br /> required scale. As required by Rule 6.2. I(2)(e), the acceptable range of map scales shall not <br /> be larger than I inch = 50 feet nor smaller than I inch =660 feet. Please revise the Mining <br /> and Reclamation Plan Maps accordingly.* The map provided in Exhibit 6.3.5 number 7 (a) <br /> part 2,which you have as part of the application already, we wish to clarify that an one and <br /> one eighth inches equals 600 feet on the map. <br /> I 1 . The Mining Plan Map must be revised to include the following elements: <br /> a) The name of the Applicant(s). *Name of the applicants: Travis Anderson and Amanda <br /> Adkins Anderson <br /> b) The map must be signed by the person who prepared it. Please see map as an attachment <br /> with this email that has both signatures on it. <br /> c) Give the date prepared. 12/17/2014 is the date that the map was prepared <br /> d) Label the permit boundary. Please see the drawing and arrow and notation on attached map <br /> and notice that it is labeled. <br /> e) Include a north arrow. North arrow has been included in map prepared on 12/17/2014. <br /> f) The map must include a scale.
