EXHIBIT <br /> LIST of OTHER PERMITS and LICENSES REQUIRED <br /> This list of other required permits and licenses is for a proposed mining operation known as the <br /> Iron& Wm. Richardson Lode Claims in Gilpin County, Colorado, 0.4 miles east off Co. Rd. 279 <br /> on Druid Mine Road. Nevadaville Encore, LLC, P. O. Box 1442, Central City, CO 80427, (303) <br /> 681-1111, attaches this list as"Exhibit F" for a Limited Impact (110d) Operation Reclamation <br /> Permit Application with the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety. <br /> The Gilpin County Planner and Director were notified of this project and have so far made no <br /> zoning or permit requirements known to Nevada Encore management, with the following <br /> anticipated requirements addressed to date. A copy of the revised permit application has been <br /> delivered to the Gilpin County Board of Commissioners. <br /> A highway Special Use Permit may be transferred from a nearby mining project and would only <br /> apply to truck traffic, if necessary, on the Central City Parkway in Gilpin and Clear Creek <br /> Counties. <br /> A portable toilet will be brought to the site next year to comply with county regulations for on- <br /> site sanitation. <br /> Trucks and other machinery are not required to be tested for emissions in Gilpin County. <br /> Nevadaville Encore will contract out the maintenance for trucking and loading for this project. <br /> The two mining claims proposed to be disturbed are zoned in Gilpin County for mining activities <br /> including those described in this application and exhibits. City zoning rules only apply to noise <br /> and dust from truck traffic within the city limits. County road weight limits will not be exceeded <br /> by the proposed truck and delivery traffic expected from future mining. <br /> The project will not require effluent discharge permits, radioactive source materials licenses, <br /> dredge and fill material (404) disposal permits, dam construction or building permits, well <br /> permits, explosive permits, or State Historical Preservation Office clearance. <br /> aattt e et-viej Q_c, 17 2 0 / <br /> Albert J.
