EXHIBIT A:
MUNICIPALITIES WITHIN A TWO-MILE RADIUS
This description of nearby municipalities' proximity is for a proposed mining operation known
as the Iron& Wm. Richardson Lode Claims in Gilpin County, Colorado, 0.4 miles east off Co.
Rd. 279 on Druid Mine Road. Nevadaville Encore, LLC, P. O. Box 1442, Central City, CO
80427, (303) 681-1111, attaches this plan as"Exhibit H" for a Limited Impact (110d) Operation
Reclamation Permit No. M-2014-066 application with the Colorado Division of Reclamation,
Mining and Safety.
No governed municipalities are within a two-mile radius of this proposed operation. Russell
Gulch is an unincorporated small town about 0.6 miles from the Iron and Richardson claims. It
has no government. Central City is the closest municipality, and it is 2.4 miles northeast of the
proposed project site. Blackhawk and Idaho Springs are also nearby, but are further away than
Central City. These municipalities will be affected to a relatively slight degree by truck traffic
from the proposed operation. All city ordinances will be complied with during the proposed
mining project's operating life.
Albert J. Bar ard, Consulting Mining Engineer Date
