EXHIBIT D:
RECLAMATION PLAN
This reclamation plan is prepared for a proposed mining operation known as the Iron& Wm.
Richardson Lode Claims in Gilpin County, Colorado. Nevadaville Encore, LLC, P. O. Box
1442, Central City, CO 80427, (303) 681-1111, includes this plan as "Exhibit D" for a Limited
Impact (110d) Operation Reclamation Permit Application No. M-2014-066 with the Colorado
Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety.
The areas under primary consideration for renewed mining are the easternmost 500 feet of the
historic mine dump of the Richardson Claim and 185 feet of the center of the Iron Claim. No
more than one acre of new disturbance is contemplated for this operation. Virtually all of the
proposed disturbance areas are covered with mine dump material. An approved reclamation
bond will be posted with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board.
No new roads will be created during this mining operation. Only a few pine and aspen trees are
currently growing on the areas of proposed disturbance. They will be removed. Photos of
current conditions at the mine site are attached to this permit application.
Erosion control using biodegradable mesh will be installed in areas of greater than 10% slope
where erosion could be an issue. Most of the proposed affected areas may be this steep.
Ore will be removed in patterns intended to minimize erosion. Erosion controls will be in place
during all phases of the operation. After mining is completed, the disturbed areas will be graded
to match natural contours as much as possible, then fertilized and re-vegetated. A hand-push
broadcaster will be used to spread the seed/fertilizer mix. The reclamation will be performed in
late spring in the year following the completion of mining activities.
Topsoil will be purchased and delivered to the bonded areas and spread to cover reclaimable
areas to a minimum depth of 2". No overburden will be created or required for reclamation. An
appropriate native plant seed mix and fertilizer will be broadcast over the topsoil for final
reclamation. Re-vegetation will be performed in accordance with state regulations and state
botanist's (Steve Popovich's) recommendations as shown below.
Plant Name Seeding Rate(PLS/acre)
Regreen Wheat & Wheat Hybrid 20 lbs./acre
Western Wheatgrass 10 lbs./acre
Pubescent Wheatgrass 10 lbs./acre
Arizona Fescue 4 lbs./acre
Cicer Milkvetch 4 llbs./acre
 e— —` , 2014
Albert J.
