Mobilization and Demobilization: <br />This item shall include but not be limited to the following: <br />a. Organization and mobilization of the Contractor's forces and equipment to the <br />site. <br />b. Transporting construction plant, equipment tools and materials to the site and <br />setting up same. <br />C. Incidental grading for Contractor's office and laydown area. <br />d. Furnishing, installing, and maintenance of temporary construction facilities <br />such as office trailers with furnishings and equipment, roads, laydown areas, <br />security fencing, electrical servers, and communications. <br />e. Erosion protection and sediment control activities. <br />f. Protection and maintenance of existing dewatering pipelines and ditches. <br />g. Removal of the Contractor's forces and equipment at the site. <br />h. Removal of construction plant, equipment, tools and materials from the site. <br />i. Removal of temporary construction facilities such as office trailers with <br />furnishings and equipment, roads, communications, and power. <br />j. Removal and disposal of construction debris generated by the project. <br />k. Repair, regrading, and restoration of the site to the conditions that existed at <br />the time of the Notice to Proceed. <br />Payment for mobilization and demobilization will be paid based on the following: <br />50% after items a, b, c and d are complete <br />25% after items a and f are complete <br />25% after items g, h, i, j and k are complete <br />A. Provide Quality Control Testing <br />Measurement: The unit of measure for this item is Lump Sum. This item consists of furnishing <br />all equipment, materials and labor necessary to perform quality control testing per the <br />specifications herein. <br />1.03 APPLICATION FOR PAYMENT <br />A. Use detailed Application for Payment Form as prepared by the Engineer. <br />B. Submit updated Project Schedule with each Application for Payment. <br />1.04 PAYMENT <br />A. Progress payments will be made as stated in the General Conditions. <br />B. The date for Contractor's submission of monthly Application for Payment shall be as stated in the <br />General Conditions. <br />1.05 NONPAYMENT FOR REJECTED OR UNUSED PRODUCTS <br />A. Payment will not be made for following: <br />1. Loading, hauling, and disposing of rejected material. <br />2.
