16. DRMS: TR -92 provided for an optional half - culvert lining for ditch J11. Revised
page Vol XI App. B -2 shows the half - culvert option listed under the "culverts" heading
only. This is somewhat misleading, as it suggests that the J11 half culvert is in addition
to the trapezoidal, rip rap lined ditch J11 rather than an alternative lining. Consistent
with the TR -92 version of Vol X1 App. B -2, please also list the approved half -
culvert option under the ditch heading of the table.
BRL: Please see revised page Volume XI, App. B -2
17. DRMS: Currently approved pages Exh -8 -75 and -76 include design information for
Ditches F2 and F3. The design information for those two ditches was updated and
moved to Volume IX Appendix B, pages App. B -33 and -34. Please remove the
designs for Ditches F2 and F3 from Exhibit 8, or update the pages in Exhibit 8 to
be consistent with the designs in Volume IX Appendix B
BRL: Pages Exh -8 -75 through Exh -8 -77 are now intentionally left blank. Pages Exh -
8-77 was ditch G -1, and ditch G -1 is no longer part of the design.
18. DRMS: We were unable to locate the following culverts and ditches on any of the
currently approved or proposed maps:

DRMS: Culverts B2, B4, B8, B10, B24, B26, C2, C6, C9, C17, C18 and J10 (approved
under MR -159)
BRL: Culverts B -2, 4 & 10, and, C -6 & 9 were not able to be located. Culverts B -2, 4 &
10 have been deleted from the design, with no downstream impacts to the network and
no revisions necessary. Culvert C -6 has been deleted from the design and the
downstream network has been revised accordingly (see response under item 8b).
Culvert C -9 has been deleted, with no downstream impacts to the network. The
majority of the culverts show up on Map -20, but were missing on Map -21. The missing
culverts have been added to Map -21.
• C -138 receives flow from Ditch B -10, and is under the downhill conveyor near
curve #7.
• C -1324 is under the downhill conveyor near curve #7.
• C -1326 is north of the water tank, under the down hill conveyor - culvert will be
located by surveyor and inlet will be re- opened.
