2.10 <br />2.10.3 Specific Information Requirements <br />(1)(a) The boundaries of lands and names of present owners of record of those <br />lands, both surface and subsurface, included in or contiguous to the permit <br />area are presented on two maps. Surface ownership is presented on Map 1. <br />Subsurface ownership is presented on Map 2. Both maps are contained in <br />Volume II. <br />(1)(b) The boundaries of land within the proposed permit area upon which the <br />applicant has the legal right to enter and begin surface or underground <br />mining activities is presented on the Subsurface Ownership Map No. 2. The <br />applicant has the legal right to enter all lands within the permit boundary. <br />(1)(c) The boundaries of all areas proposed to be affected over the estimated total <br />life of the proposed underground mining activities are presented on the Mine <br />Plan Map No. 14 & 14B, the Surface Facilities Map Nos. 15 -1, 15 -2, 15 -3 <br />and 15 -4, the Hydrological Monitoring Location Map No. 9. The applicant <br />does not see a need for additional permits. <br />(1)(d) The location of all buildings on and within 1,000 feet of the proposed permit <br />area, with identification of the current use of the buildings is presented on the <br />Subsidence Map No. 27, Volume II. <br />(1)(e) The location of surface and subsurface manmade features within, passing <br />through, or passing over the proposed permit area are shown on the <br />Subsidence Map No. 27, Volume II. <br />(1)(f) Each public road located in, or within 100 feet of the proposed permit area. <br />Bowie Road runs through the southern portion of the permit area. Two <br />county roads known as 4365 Lane and S 50 Road are also within the permit <br />area. Both roads can be identified on the Premining Topography Map No. <br />17, Volume II. Hubbard Creek road passes through the eastern portion of <br />the permit boundary. Stevens Gulch Road passes through the western <br />portion of the permit boundary. Both of these roads can be seen on Map 1 <br />Surface Ownership. <br />PR -14 2.10-2- 03/14 <br />
