2.10 2.10.3 Specific Information Requirements (1)(a) The boundaries of lands and names of present owners of record of those lands, both surface and subsurface, included in or contiguous to the permit area are presented on two maps. Surface ownership is presented on Map 1. Subsurface ownership is presented on Map 2. Both maps are contained in Volume II. (1)(b) The boundaries of land within the proposed permit area upon which the applicant has the legal right to enter and begin surface or underground mining activities is presented on the Subsurface Ownership Map No. 2. The applicant has the legal right to enter all lands within the permit boundary. (1)(c) The boundaries of all areas proposed to be affected over the estimated total life of the proposed underground mining activities are presented on the Mine Plan Map No. 14 & 14B, the Surface Facilities Map Nos. 15 -1, 15 -2, 15 -3 and 15 -4, the Hydrological Monitoring Location Map No. 9. The applicant does not see a need for additional permits. (1)(d) The location of all buildings on and within 1,000 feet of the proposed permit area, with identification of the current use of the buildings is presented on the Subsidence Map No. 27, Volume II. (1)(e) The location of surface and subsurface manmade features within, passing through, or passing over the proposed permit area are shown on the Subsidence Map No. 27, Volume II. (1)(f) Each public road located in, or within 100 feet of the proposed permit area. Bowie Road runs through the southern portion of the permit area. Two county roads known as 4365 Lane and S 50 Road are also within the permit area. Both roads can be identified on the Premining Topography Map No. 17, Volume II. Hubbard Creek road passes through the eastern portion of the permit boundary. Stevens Gulch Road passes through the western portion of the permit boundary.
