This is <br />part of an exhibit from the Southfield Mine PAP. Disclaimer: as stated before, <br />if EFCI is to remain in compliance with their permit, no monitoring wells will be <br />sealed until termination of the monitoring of these wells is approved by the <br />Division. <br />George told me that weather has delayed them from starting.
