A fully executed complete copy of this permit must be on the job site with the convactor at all times during [he <br />construction. Failure to comply with this or any o[her construction requirement may result in the immediate <br />suspension of work by order of the depatment inspec[or or [he issuing authority. <br />1. Survey markers or monuments found in state highway right-of-way must be preserved in their original positions. <br />Notify the Department at (970) 248-72'_'0 immediately upon damage to or discovery of any such mazkers or <br />monuments at the work site. Any survey markers or monuments dis[urbed during the execution of this permit shall <br />be repaired and/or replaced immediately at the expense of the Permittee. <br />23. The Permittee, through a Colorado registered professional engineer shall provide design, consvuction, pavement <br />striping and signing plan: to the Department for approval 45 days prior to commencement of any work for the <br />purposes of issuing a Notice to Proceed.
