Bond Release - 4 - August 27, 2014 <br />The Loma loadout was initially seeded in the fall of 2001 with three wheat grasses, western <br />thickspike and streambank. The seeding was unsuccessful. There was poor initial etablishment and <br />there was significant mortality during 2003 and 2004. <br />The Loma loadout was drill seeded again in 2004 with the following seed mix: <br />PLS /Acre <br />Western Wheatgrass (Arriba) 8.0 <br />Fourwing Saltbush 4.0 <br />Greasewood 1.0 <br />Prostrate kochia 0.5 <br />There was no livestock grazing on the reclaimed areas. Some minor rill and gully repairs were <br />performed as well as some weed control. <br />17. Copies of the written notice to seek release to parties identified in Rule 3.03.2(1): <br />A Certificate of Service which documents the notices required under Rule 3.03.2(1) have been <br />mailed is enclosed. <br />18. Copy of newspaper advertisement: Proof of publication of the public notice of the partial bond <br />release should be available in about four to five weeks.
