3. The cover letter and proposed EX52 -F6 of Exhibit 52 delineates drilling zones where offset
drilling will occur to locate channel deposits. The drilling zones are proposed and not the exact
location of the holes as the thickness and characteristics of the drillhole intercepts will
determine the location and spacing of the drillholes. As such, please provide a revision to the
text of proposed page 2.05 -17.3 to acknowledge that upon completion of drilling activities
proposed under MR280, all final corehole and access road locations are identified on the
appropriate table and map in Exhibit 52.
4. The Division as compiled the attached reclamation cost estimate for the tasks associated with
the reclamation of up to 20 proposed coreholes and associated activities. This estimate is
sufficient to reclaim all areas associated with the proposed activities under MR -280. TC
submitted a reclamation cost estimate in the amount of $357,900. The Division's total
reclamation costs associated with these activities are estimated to be $386,546.00. Please
acknowledge if TC concurs with the Division's estimate attached.
If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
