June 10, 2014 C- 1982 - 056 /Foidel Creek Mine JDM <br />18 RT Pad Reclamation <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br />The 15 LT Pad was stable with the Fish Creek Borehole Pond material remaining on the pad. No problems were <br />noted, with the exception of the following: <br />- Whitetop was observed in and around the 15LT area. Management required. <br />The barricade chamber pad was stable. No problems were noted, with the exception of the following: <br />- a small sinkhole on the northwest corner of the pad has opened. A larger sinkhole had been repaired in the same <br />location. Repair work will be required to stabilize to hole. <br />Barricade Chamber Pad <br />Barricade Chamber Pad Sinkhole <br />The 16 LT Pad was stable with no activities ongoing. No problems were noted, with the exception of the <br />following: <br />- Whitetop patches were observed within the topsoil piles, along the access road, and along the pad embankments. <br />Management will be required. <br />The 18 LT Pad was stable with no activities ongoing. The 18 LT shaft remains idle.
