March 2014 Stonewall Springs — QA/QC Plan <br />The preliminary schedule for the progress meetings for this project is every Thursday at 9:30 am. <br />The following is a typical agenda for a progress meeting: <br />• Review minutes of previous meetings. <br />• Review work progress. <br />• Review of quality assurance testing. <br />• Field observations, problems, and decisions. <br />• Identification of problem, which impede planned progress. <br />• Review submittals schedule and status of submittals, noting critical submittals. <br />• Review health and safety concerns and issues. <br />• Status of construction schedule. <br />• Corrective measures to regain projected schedules. <br />• Planned progress during succeeding work period. <br />• Coordination of projected progress. <br />• Effect of proposed Change Orders on progress schedule and coordination. <br />• Potential change conditions or review of Change Order submittals. <br />3.3 PROBLEM OR WORK DEFICIENCY MEETINGS <br />When a problem or deficiency is occurring or likely to occur, special meetings will be held to deal with it <br />instead of waiting for the weekly progress meeting. These meetings will be attended by CQA personnel <br />and the Contractor. If necessary, the SEO may also attend. The purpose of these meetings is to identify <br />a problem or deficiency in the construction work, review alternative solutions, and select and implement a <br />plan to resolve the problem or deficiency. The CQA Field Representative will record and distribute <br />minutes of the meeting. <br />7 <br />
