A CAT D -10 dozer and a skid steer loader were used to process the material. <br />The quantity of LVSCF processed includes material from previous weeks. <br />H) ADR and Crusher Waterlines <br />Construction of the ADR/Crushing waterline is complete. <br />I) Miscellaneous <br />No work performed during the week. <br />III) Underground Workings <br />A) Drilling <br />An Underground Working was encountered during excavation of the Primary Underdrain near <br />station E 18 +00 ( + / -). The working was inspected by an AMEC representative. Ames survey <br />captured the location and the working was identified as UG #3012. <br />Confirmatory drilling was performed for Underground Working #3012. A drill pattern was set out <br />by an AMEC field representative. Eleven holes were dilled encountering four voids. An <br />approximate total of 550 feet was drilled. An AMEC representative observed the confirmatory <br />drilling constantly. <br />B) Mine Shaft /Stope Remediation <br />Remediation of Underground Workings #3006 and #3007 (Thompson shaft) continued using a <br />CAT 330 excavator to prepare the workings for a concrete plug. The working walls were laid back <br />into competent rock at approximately a 1.5:1 slope. Remediation was observed by an AMEC <br />representative constantly.
