The NRCS did not feel that <br />5 we did anything wrong in the earlier survey. <br />6 MR. KAMPER: Just a final thought. <br />7 It's also relevant to point out that the 198 soil <br />8 survey was the basis for Permit Revision Number 5, <br />9 which was approved back in 2000 with no objections, <br />10 including no objections from the Morgan family. <br />11 MR.
