Geomembrane sampling and testing shall be conducted in accordance with the project <br /> SPECIFICATIONS for the following: <br /> a. trial seam testing(Article 3.07 of this Section) <br /> b. destructive seam testing(Article 3.09 of this Section) <br /> 2. CONTRACTOR shall maintain on-site a minimum of one spare operable tensiometer and <br /> provide documentation indicating that all tensiometers used at the project were calibrated <br /> within 60 days prior to the tensiometer arriving on-site for testing field samples. <br /> E. In order to prevent wind-damaged geomembranes from being placed, the following Quality <br /> Assurance procedures shall be followed: <br /> 1. CONTRACTOR shall perform its Work and utilize sufficient ballast as necessary to <br /> prevent wind uplift of the geomembrane panels. <br /> 2. If wind damage should occur, CERTIFYING ENGINEER shall determine if the <br /> geomembrane shall be repaired or replaced. Wind damage to the geomembrane will <br /> include wrinkles,creases,and tears,as determined by CERTIFYING ENGINEER. <br /> 3. Repair or replacement of the wind-damaged geomembrane shall be completed by <br /> CONTRACTOR at no additional cost to CC&V. <br /> 4. As determined by MANAGER and CERTIFYING ENGINEER,the geomembrane panel <br /> may be rejected at no cost to CC&V. <br /> 1.04 DELIVERY,STORAGE,AND HANDLING <br /> A. Packing and Shipping <br /> 1. Labels on each roll delivered to Site shall identify the following. <br /> a. MANUFACTURER's name <br /> b. Product Identification <br /> C. Thickness <br /> d. Roll number <br /> e. Batch or lot number <br /> f. Panel number(when applicable) <br /> g. Roll dimensions <br /> 2.
