revised ARR section "Revegetated Land Fertilizer Rates and Pasture Yields" identifies this
information. In the original document, NH2 incorrectly stated that the average was "weighted ".
The corrected "average" is noted on Exhibit 2011 -11.
DRMS Item H. The soil test results are illegible and unclear in Attachment 2011-A.
Please provide a legible copy. (Comments 22, 23, 24)
WFC Response: The revised Attachment 2011 -A includes a newly formatted table, which
is legible. The corrections for the proper Zone are reflected in the revised document. A note was
added to soil type in Comment 24. On Table 2.05.4(2)(d) -1B it states in the Units section of that
Table "* -All except S, LS, SC, SIC, C "; therefore, S, LS, SC, SIC, C are not acceptable.
DRMS Item 12. Map 2.05.4 -4 from the Permit shows the required topsoil replacement
depths for each zone. Exhibit 2011 -6 in the ARR also shows topsoil replacement depths for
each zone, but it is not consistent with Map 2.05.4 -4. Please verify and accurately report the
replacement depth in the ARR Exhibit. (Comment 25)
WFC Response: Table 2.05.4(2)(d) states "Zone 4 is a 54.33 acre field that will receive 24
inches of Lift A Topsoil along with 33 inches of Lift B Topsoil. Total combined topsoil
thickness will be 58 inches ". The total thickness is incorrect and should be 57 inches. Table
2.05.4(2)(d) -3 shows that Zone 4, Lift A Topsoil, Thick (in.) 24" and Lift B Topsoil, Thick (in.)
33 ". Therefore, the total thickness is 57 ". The original Map 2.05.4 -4 shows incorrectly 25" Lift
A, 33" Lift B, for a total of 58 ". Map 2.05.4 -4 should read Lift A 24 ", not 25" and Total 57 ", not
58 ". This correction to the Map will be addressed in a future Permit revision.
