DRMS Item 5. For the annual weed and pest control activities, please include the <br />date(s) treatment occurred, report the specific chemicals used and the application rates in the <br />ARR. (Comment 9) <br />WFC Response: Attachment 2011 -E Vegetation Management is included in the revised <br />ARR. This table contains application rates and dates. <br />DRMS Item 6. Please provide a copy of any Revegetation & Wildlife monitoring that <br />was conducted or if no monitoring was conducted, please include a statement to that effect. <br />(Comments 10,11) <br />WFC Response: In the revised ARR, Attachment 2011 -F Revegetation Monitoring Report <br />is included. Also, a comment was added regarding wildlife studies in the revised ARR body <br />text. <br />DRMS Item 7. Irrigation and grazing. Several inconsistencies were noted between the <br />ARR narrative, the reclamation worksheets and the map Exhibits. Please review the tracking <br />worksheets, the exhibit and the narrative so the information is correctly reported in the ARR. <br />If there are inconsistencies, please provide an explanation. (Comments 12, 13) <br />WFC Response: The farm report has an incorrect irrigation season start date; the correct <br />date is 4 -19 -11 as reflected in the revised ARR. An irrigation section was added to the revised <br />ARR body text. The shaded area (12.46 ac) was removed in Exhibit 2011 -1, as it was not <br />relevant to the rest of the Exhibit. The title legend on "2010 GRAZING AREA" in Exhibit <br />2011 -15 Grazing Areas was corrected to reflect the "2011 GRAZING AREA ". <br />DRMS Item 8. The ARR form is inconsistent with the text of the ARR for long term <br />mining. Please check for consistency and accuracy on both. (Comment 14) <br />WFC Response: The original 2011 ARR form contained a typographic error. The corrected <br />language is 98.8 and it is corrected in the revised document. <br />DRMS Item 9. Please check the maps and narrative in the ARR for consistency in <br />fertilization application area, fertilizer rates and the type of fertilizer used. (Comment 15) <br />WFC Response: Exhibit 2011 -9 originally contained an error in fertilizer application rate. <br />The application rate was correctly applied to the fields and reflects the Permit required amount. <br />DRMS Item 10. The harvest yields reported in the ARR conflict for NHI, in one place <br />the report says the NH] field was harvested and in another, it says NHI was not harvested. <br />For NH2, the reported yields are incorrect and it is not clear whether or not a second cutting <br />occurred. Please accurately and clearly report pasture yields. (Comment 18) <br />WFC Response: The landowner conducted NHI Harvesting and fertilization in 2011.
