The Division review of the RDA - Ditch Profile drawing indicates that there are sections of <br />the ditch that are not graded to ensure that water is diverted away from the refuse area, as <br />required by Rule 4.10.3(2) and 4.09.2(7). As currently constructed, the ditch may allow <br />saturation of the waste material resulting from pooling water.
