The approved design shows the ditch <br />is trapezoidal, with a minimum depth of 1.6', bottom width of 3', 2:1 sideslopes, and 3" rip <br />rap lining. These design specifications were compared with the cross sections. The <br />constructed ditch is triangular, as opposed to the approved trapezoidal configuration, and <br />Division observations indicate that this section of the ditch has not been rip rap lined. The <br />table below summarizes the comparison of ditch depth and sideslopes to the approved <br />design. Values in red indicate that the ditch, as constructed, does not meet the minimum <br />requirements of the approved design for depth and sideslope (L /R consistent with cross - <br />sections provided). <br />
