It then continues to say <br />that local arrangements are to include placement of a plaque. <br />My second objection is to the change the historical area where my son is <br />buried. The area surrounding the grave /mine is so lovely and represents a <br />history of a gold mining industry that once was and still may be, the <br />backbone of Cripple Creek and Victor. It is difficult for me to believe that <br />those communities want this area disturbed. I disagree with the proposed <br />amendment to change the current landscape. Exhibit #11 is an anonymous <br />letter dated August 11, 2010 to my son, Donald S. Tease from a concerned <br />citizen. <br />There are many facets to the request that the CC &VG Mining Co. is making. <br />In 2011 on the 25th anniversary of Wayne's death, we met with Ms. Mannon <br />and Mr. Dubois of the CC &V. They showed us their proposal and plans for <br />the area. <br />Some issues that they addressed are as follows: <br />One: Tailings from the Mary McKinney Mine are pushing against pilings <br />along Highway 64 and must be repaired. <br />4 <br />
