Two: The proposal requires moving historical buildings in the area. <br />Three: The proposal would physically move Highway 64. <br />Four: Continued employment is questionable. <br />The plans obviously obliterate my son's memorial that has been well <br />established since 1986. <br />In May of this year, A CC &V engineer, hardly an objective representative, <br />has stated that it is not possible to retrieve my son's remains from a mine <br />depth of 1278 feet. He also repeats 2nd and 3rd hand accounts that could be <br />rumor or truth. See Exhibit #12 with attachment. <br />Throughout the past 26 years, I have restrained my comments and feelings <br />and have chosen to have my oldest son, Donald S. Tease, represent me. He <br />has acted with dignity and respect and has not made rude or uninformed <br />remarks about the Companies that have owned or now own the CC &V. I am <br />requesting that we receive the same respect. <br />k, <br />
