Lewicki & Associates
C- 2010 -089 / TR -04 / PAR -2
09- Sep -2013
should provide widths and depths that were measured in the field. Please review, and
comment or revise as appropriate.
DRMS 09109: Calculations for the 36" half - culvert have been provided, as requested.
The Division's calculations using the discharge provided by WFC indicate a flow depth
of 0.83 ft and a required top width of 3.34 ft (3.89 ft with freeboard). Since the culvert is
set entirely within the sediment pond basin it is not likely that an overflow would cause
any off -site damage, but may be a maintenance concern for the operator. This item is
resolved.
This concludes the Division's adequacy review for TR -04. Please respond to the items listed at
your earliest convenience. On August 30, the Decision Due date for this revision was extended
to September 30, 2013.
Sincerely,
Marcia L.
