1.4 Phase II Sco in - It is currently anticipated that Phase II will begin early in 2009 and <br />overlap with the conclusion of Phase I work. Scoping for Phase II will include <br />significant coordination with the CWCB management team and with other interested <br />parties. <br />Deliverables: <br />1. l Monthly progress meeting agendas and summaries of primary conclusions and action <br />items. <br />1.2 Monthly invoices and progress reports through Study completion. <br />1.3 Periodic.newsletters for posting by the CWCB. <br />1.4 Draft Phase II Scope of Work. <br />Task 2: Literature Review <br />Objective: <br />The objective of Task 2 is to identify, review, and summarize relevant and readily available <br />previous studies and investigations pertinent to the execution of primary Study tasks. <br />Background: <br />The mast relevant and readily available previous studies and investigations were identified by <br />the CWCB team, BRTs, and IBCC as follows: <br />• Statewide Water Supply Initiative (SWSI) documents, <br />• CDSS Documentation of StateMod subbasin models, <br />• Alternate Hydrology Methods using tree ring based hydrology (including Prairie, 3.R. (2006}, <br />"Stochastic Non arametric Framework for Basin Wide Streamflow and Salinit Modelin <br />At~plication for the Colorado River Basin"}, <br />• CWCB Investigations of Colorado River Compact (including 1995 analysis of water <br />available to Colorado under Compact), <br />• Tipton and Kalmbach Studies, <br />• SCS Basin Studies, <br />• USBR Basinwide Planning Reports, <br />• Upper Colorado River Commission Colorado River Compact Analyses, <br />Eric Kuhn Analysis of Compact Obligations, <br />• Colorado River anal Upper Colorado River Compacts and Mexican Treaty, <br />• Coordinated Long-Range Operating Criteria, Interim Surplus Guidelines, and potentially <br />Lower Basin Shortage Guidelines and Coordinated Operations of Lake Powell and Mead, <br />• Hydrologic determinations of 1988 and 2007, and <br />Colorado Kier Water Availability Study Scope 6 812$12008 <br />CRWAS Phasel Contract Scope EX A Final <br />
