Consultants' time for attending TAC and <br />Work Group meetings is included in Task 16. <br /> <br />F. Study Products <br /> <br />This POS will serve as the draft final report for Phase 1 of the project, subject to <br />modifications in response to.comments from the TAC and the State Team. <br /> <br />Study products for Phase II will consist of individual task memorandums, map/GIS <br />applications and summary reports as described for each of the tasks in the Detailed <br />Work Plan. The final Phase II report will include a Plan of Study for the Phase ill <br />analysis and evaluation of selected options. Individual task memorandums will be in <br />working memo format and made available to T AC members but will not be formally <br />circulated for comment and revision. The Task 5 options and summary reports and <br />the Task 6 Teport will be circulated for review and comment by the T AC and <br />members of the State Management Team. <br /> <br />III, DETAILED WORK PLAN <br /> <br />A. Task 4: Inventory of Existing Infonnation <br /> <br />Overview' While much information exists relative to the MWSI project's focus <br />areas, relatively little. is readily available and understandable from a regional and <br />cooperative perspective, As a first step toward development of cooperative water <br />supply solutions, an adequate and readily accessible knowledge base must be <br />provided. Task 4 consists of a series of 14 sub-tasks designed to provide such a <br />knowledge base. In their respective subject areas, these sub-tasks will: <br /> <br />. review and compile readily available existing information, <br /> <br />. identify information disparities, <br /> <br />. make recommendations to the T AC to conduct, contract for or sponsor studies <br />to supply critical missing information, and <br /> <br />. report in layman's terms on this background review. <br /> <br />Task Leader: Lee Rozaklis <br />
