NEPA issues were not dismissed because of questions <br />regarding the pending cultural resources work. <br /> <br />August 1992: <br /> <br />Sierra Club Legal Defense Fund files a motion for Preliminary <br />Injunction to halt cultural resources work. <br /> <br />September 17,1992: <br /> <br />Judge Weinshienk grants Preliminary Injunction. Reclomation is <br />prohibited from performing ground disturbing activities in <br />connection with cultural resources activities until the completion of <br />the Supplement to the Final Environmental Statement. Other, non- <br />ground disturbing activities may proceed. <br /> <br />October 13,1992: <br /> <br />Reclomation files the Draft Supplement (DES 92-41) with the <br />Environmental Protection Agency and releases the Draft for public <br />review and comment.
