<br />Social and cultural studies will be concerned with informing the
<br />public to establish the necessary understanding and acceptance of
<br />this concept of weather modification. The enhancement of the
<br />Nation's quality of living aspects made possible by additional clean
<br />water will receive close attention.

<br />Effects of additional precipitation on the complete range of eco-
<br />logical regimes will be studied as recommended by the National
<br />Science Foundation. * Special emphasis will be given to studies.
<br />concerning fish and wildlife resources, micro-bioclimates, and
<br />vegetative cover. In these studies cooperation will be sought from
<br />other Federal agencies and outside groups having special interest
<br />and knowledge in these fields.

<br />that will arise when precipitation modification becomes operational

<br />will aid courts and legislatures in resolving legal questions which
