Reclamation activity. <br /> <br />a. Currently, Southern California <br /> <br />reclaims about 235,000 AF annually. Of this amount, <br /> <br />180,000 AF of reclaimed water is used for groundwater <br /> <br />replenishment and 45,000 AF is directly reused, <br /> <br />primarily for irrigation of large turf areas. <br /> <br />b. In the future, the total use of <br /> <br />reclaimed water is expected to increase to about 430,000 <br /> <br />AF annually. Of this amount, about 80,000 AF will be <br /> <br />financed partly under the LPP and the remainder will be <br /> <br />::~ ; <br /> <br />undertaken unilaterally by other Southern California <br /> <br />;;.~.~ <br />~:. , <br /> <br />water agencies. <br /> <br />D.
