3, LAKE MEREDITH

. Sediment buildup behind the Lake Meredith Inlet Measuring Device
should be evaluated and checked for accuracy,
. Prepare more detailed property ownership maps to better assess the need
for acquisition of additional property for the reservoir enlargement based
on the results and recommendations in Section V,
. Revise Bob Creek alternate delivery route if recommended reservoir
enlargement stage is higher than 4260-ft, msl.

4. LAKE MEREDITH OUTLET CANAL

. Prepare documents for the Holbrook Siphon rehabilitation and conduct
said improvements
. Sediment buildup behind the Lake Meredith Outlet Measuring Device
should be evaluated and checked for accuracy,
. A hydraulic review of the Lake Meredith Outlet Canal should be
conducted to better determine operational constraints and opportunities,

B. ROCKY FORD DELIVERY SYSTEM

The Lake Meredith Reservoir enlargement is expected to create greater opportunities
for its use if other interest and canal companies, particularly those that are senior to
Colorado Canal, can store and release their rights from Lake Meredith, This
opportunity also creates greater water turn over in the reservoir thereby helping to
maintain and possibly enhance the reservoir's water quality,
