lished lor all the work that the contractor will
accomplish To the end of September 1983,
total estimated earnings were $3232,533.78.
The work on a contract to repair the power-
planl roof was completed this fiscal year. A
contract for the turbine draft tube gate paint-
ing of the Glen Canyon Powerplant was
awarded and completed during the fiscal year.

Flaming Gorge Storage Unit: A contract was
awarded for reroofing the Flaming Gorge
Powerplant in September 1983. Work was
accepted as substantially completed on the
spillway tunnel repair on Flaming Gorge Dam
in fiscal year 1983. Another contract was
planned to complete additional work during the
summer. Above average runoff necessitated
the use of Ule spillway and delayed the repair
until a later date.

Wayne N. Aspinall Storage Unit: Contracts
for cleaning and painting of existing structures
and construction of kokanee fish trap. Blue
Mesa Darn were completed in fiscal year
1983. New contracts were awarded near the
end of fiscal year 1983 for roof repairs at Blue
Mesa and Morrow Point Darns and bituminous
overlay and seal coal on Blue Mesa and
Morrow Point Darns.

EXCiwalion at Soldier Creek Dam.

Seedskadee Project: A contract was awarded
to build a road on the upstream face of
Fontenelle Dam. This road will facilitate cone
pentrometer testing in the expanded program
of investigations of the dam.

Steel pipe placement on West Fork Pipeline

Lyman Project: A contract to repair the outlet
works stilling basin at Meeks Cabin Dam was
awarded and the work complete In fiscal year
1983.
