<br />Colorado River Salinity Control Program:
<br />Paradox Valley Unit - The contract for addi-
<br />tional wells and brine pipeline extension was
<br />completed during the fiscal year.

<br />Colorado River Basin Salinity Control
<br />Project: Grand Valley Unit - The contract to
<br />place laterals In the Stage 1 area was
<br />completed during tiscal year 1983. The
<br />contract for the moss and debris removal
<br />structure was completed in May 1983. The
<br />metal storage building contract was completed
<br />in January 1983. A new contract for explora-
<br />tory drilJing, Grand Valley, Stage 2 was
<br />awarded August 22, 1983. Work under the
<br />contract continues.

<br />Colorado River Storage Project: Glen
<br />Canyon Storage Unit - A $7 million leller
<br />contract was awarded to Guy F. Atkinson this
<br />summer to repair the damage done to the
<br />Glen Canyon Dam Spillways. When sufficient
<br />information has been received 10 write a defini-
<br />tive specification, a contract will be negotiated
<br />
