The Firming <br /> <br />Thermal Systems shall debit the United States in the Banked <br /> <br /> <br />Energy Account 100 kwh for every 85.kwh of thermal generated <br /> <br />electric energy so delivered. <br /> <br />2. During any hydro year when Banked Energy credit of the United <br /> <br />States is exhausted the Firming Thermal Systems shall deliver to the <br /> <br />United States additional thermal generated electric energy as required <br /> <br />to satisfy the aforesaid deficiencies and the United States shall <br /> <br />reimburse the Firming Thermal Systems for, such energy at incremental <br /> <br /> <br />fuel costs for the delivery of such energy plus 15% to cover other costs. <br />
