Box 5728 <br />Pueblo, CO 810003 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Witte: <br /> <br />Please accept this letter as written notification of the City's <br />intent to utilize John Martin Reservoir to regulate release of <br />Fry-Ark water for municipal use. <br /> <br />The rate of release from Pueblo Reservoir to John Martin is <br />estimated to be 200 cubic feet per second. The release rate from <br />John Martin Reservoir to the Fort Bent Ditch will be approx- <br />imately thirty (30) cubic feet per second. The projected date <br />for initiation of release is June 18, 1990, to continue thru July <br />25, 1990.
