are subjeot, however, to the following limitation, to-wit.

That the total amount of water taken into or through the

said Eaatdale No. 2 Canal, at one and the same time, shall

not exceed twenty (20) cubic feet of \~ter per second

of time. and that the total amount of water taken into or

through the said Bastdale No.1 Ditch shall not exoee4

twenty.tive (25) cubic feet of water per second of time,

and that the total amount of ll'at'lr taken into or through

the said Eastdale No.2 Canal. the said Eastdale Culebra

No. 1 Ditch and the said Bastdale No.1 Canal and into the

reservoir in connection therewith, at one and the same
time, during the irr~gation season, shall not exceed forty-
eight end five eights (48 5/8) cubic reet or water per
secand of time; and that the total amount of water taken
