And it is hereby ordered, adjudged and decreed, that

there be allo~ed to flow into said reservoir from the said

Costilla Creek, through The Sastdale !io~ 2 Canal, du:ring

the irrigating season, for the, USe aforesaid and for the

benefit of the parties laWfully entitled thereto, under

Priority No. 47, (the same being identical with Priority

No. 48,) not to eXc&ed 20 cubio feet of water per second

of time.

And further, that there be allowed to flow into

said reservoir from the said Culebra Craek, through the

said Eastdale CUlebra No.1 Ditch, during the irrigating

season, for the use aforesaid and for the benefit of the

parties lawfully entitled thereto, under Priority No. 61,

(the same being identical with Priority No. 60, except as

to the amount of water allowed,) not to exceed twent;r-five

(25) cubic .feet or WIlter pe,!' second of time.

same being identical w1th Priority No.6,) not to axceed
twentY_five (25) cubic feet of water per second or time.
