post office sddress is Eastdsle, Costilla County,. Colorado.
That aaid reser~oir takes its supply of water
from the Costilla Creek, through the' Eastds1e No.2 Ditch.
and slso from the Culebra Creek, through the Eastdale
Culebra No. 1 Ditch. It is used for the stora~e of water
for the irrigation of lands.
It is located in the West t of Section 3 and
~th& East t of Section 4, in Tp. 1 11. R. 73 West. That the
headgate of The Eastdale No. 2 Canal. through whioh said
reservoir is partly supplied with water. is lOcated at a
point on the North bank of the Costilla Creek opposite the
1'1aeitade los lIadrilles. near the Northeast corner or the
Southeast t or Section 27, Tp. 1 N. R. 73 ~est. That the
headgllte of The Eastdale CUlebra No.1 Ditch, through
which said reservoir is partly SUpplied with water, is lo-
cated at a point on the South bank of the CUlebra Creek,
North 13 degrees. 301 West 2090.2 feet from the corner to
Sections 19, 20. 29 and 30, Tp. 3 N. R. 72,West. That said
reservoir is entitled to Priority No. 47, Qf date April
21st, 1890, during the irrigating season, and also to
Priority No. 61, of date December 5th, 1903~ during the ir-
rigating season; and also to Priority No., 2, of date April
21st, 1890, during thenon-irrigat1ng season, and also to
Priority NO.7. of date December 5th, 1903, during the
non-irrigating season.
