<br />No. 1 Canal, through which said reservoir is supplied
<br />with water, is located at a point on the North b~~ of said
<br />Costilla Creek, near the Northeast corner of the Northwest
<br />t of Section 19, Tp. 1, N. R. 73 West, in Costilla County,
<br />Coloriulo. That said calial and reservoir are entitled to
<br />Priority No. 49, of date April 21st, 1890, during the
<br />irrigating season, and also to Priority NO.4, of date April
<br />21st, 1390, during the non-irrigating season.
<br />And it is hereby ordered, adjudged aud decreed
<br />that there be allowed to flow into said canal and Reservoir

<br />for, tha un aforesaid and for the benefit of the partias
<br />lawfully entitled thereto, under Priority No. 49, not to
<br />exceed thirty (30) cubic feet of water per second of time.

<br />That the name of the claimant of said canal is
<br />The Eastdale Land, Canal and Reservoir Company, and its
<br />post office addres's is Eastdale, Costilla County, Colorado.
<br />That said canal take a its supply of water from
<br />
<br />Costilla Creek. It is used for the irrigation of lands.
<br />The headgate of said canal is located at a point on the
<br />North b~~ of said Costilla Creek opposite the Placita de
<br />
