Yes, Judge. <br />The history of planning in the Arkansas Valley goes hack a long time <br />a.nd has included several project proposals, one caning for the transfer <br />of several hundred thousand acre-feet of "'ateI'. This was known as <br />the Gunnison-Arka.nsa.s project. . <br />This project was ruled ont as ,not being feasihle.
