Demonstration by the applicant must include <br /> <br />information on the following factors relating to <br /> <br />the potential discharge: <br /> <br />1. Description of the municipal entity and <br /> <br />facilities. <br /> <br />2. Description of the quantity and salinity of <br /> <br />intake water soUices_ <br /> <br />3. Description of significant salt sources of the <br /> <br />municipal wastewater collection system, and <br /> <br />identification of entities responsible for <br /> <br />each source, if available. <br /> <br />4. Description of water rights, including <br /> <br />diversions and consumptive use quantities. <br /> <br />5. Description of the wastewater discharge, <br /> <br />covering location, receiving waters, quantity <br /> <br />salt load, and salinity. <br /> <br />6. Alternative plans for minimizing salt <br /> <br />contribution from the municipal discharge. <br /> <br />Alternative plans should include: <br /> <br />-8- <br />
