<br />1984, bears N 110 53' 37" E, 1,256.95 feet; thence S 00 36' 26" E, 1,300.66 feet
<br />to the endpoint of Parcel AR-17 on the north line of Parcel EW-52 PE, whence the
<br />NW corner of Parcel EW-52 PE bears West 74.21 feet. The sidelines of Parcel AR-
<br />17 may be lengthened or shortened to meet the south line of Parcel 2101-4 PE and

<br />to a point on the north line of Parcel 1877 PE, described in this schedule. The
<br />sidelines of Parcel AR-18 may be lengthened or shortened to meet the south line

<br />of Colorado Highway No. 17, 3,915 feet; thence S 850 16' 54" W, 180 feet to the
<br />endpoint of Parcel AR-19 on the east right-of-way line of Colorado Highway No.
