<br />Parcel AR-20 is an access road from Saguache County Road "D" to Parcel SW-104
<br />PE and Parcel 1877 PE located in the S~~ section 15, T. 41 N., R. 10 E.,
<br />NMPM, Colorado, and as shown on Plat Drawing Number 1298-538-902, being more
<br />particularly described as follows:

<br />A strip of land 50.95 feet wide having a uniform width of 25.47 feet on each
<br />side of and as measured at right aogles from the following described centerline:
<br />Beginning at a point on the south line of Parcel 1877 PE, described in this
<br />schedule, whence the corner common to sections 14, 15, 22, and 23 bears S 50 32'
<br />31" E, 255.10 feet; thence S 00 11' 28" E, 126.63 feet to the endpoint of Parcel
<br />AR-20 at a point on the south boundary line of Parcel SW-104 PE, described in
<br />~schedule, prolonged S 890 48' 32" E, which is also the as-built location
<br />of the approximate north right-af-way line of Saguache County Road "D". The east
<br />line of Parcel AR-20 abuts the line from the corner common to sections 14, 15,
<br />22, and 23, and the quarter corner between section 14 and 15, as shown on United
<br />States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management dependent resurvey
<br />plat of T. 41 N., R. 10 E., NMPM, Colorado, dated August 16, 1983. The west line
<br />of Parcel AR-20 abuts the east line of Parcel SE-104 PE. The sidelines of Parcel
<br />~ may be lengthened or shortened to meet the south line of Parcel 1877 PE
<br />and or the north fight-of-way line of Saguache County Road "D". Parcel AR-20
<br />contains 6,452 FT (0.15 acres), more or less.

<br />Parcel EW-39 PE is an observation well easement located in the S~~ section
