<br />S 40 01' 35" W, 465.43 feet; thence S 10 31' E, parallel to the west line 'section
<br />10 and the east line Parcel OP-23 PE, described in this schedule, 2,879.73 feet
<br />to a point on the south line of section 10 whence the SW corner of section 10,
<br />as shown on united States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management
<br />corrective dependent resurvey plat of T. 42 N., R. 10 E., NMPM, Colorado, dated
<br />October 4, 1984, bears N 840 52' W, ,46.67 feet; thence S 1" 42' W, parallel to
<br />the west line of section 15 and the east line Parcel OP-23 PE, 1,935.43 feet;
<br />thence S 880 03' 10" E, 770.58 feet to the endpoint of Parcel AR-13 on the west
<br />line of Parcel 2160-103R PE, described in this schedule, whence the corner common
<br />to sections 9, 10, 15, and i6, as shown on the above referenced survey plat,
<br />bears N 200 56' 06" w, 2,103.56 feet. The sidelines of Parcel AR-13 may be
<br />lengthened or shortened to meet the south line of Parcel 2210-75L and or the west
<br />~ine of Farcel 2160-103R FE. The west 1ine of the portion of Parcel AR-13 that
<br />is parallel to the west line of section 10 and section 15 abuts, contiguous to,
<br />and directly adjacent to the east line of Parcel OP-23 PE. Parcel AR-13 contains
<br />3.85 acres, more or less.

<br />Parcel AR-15 is an access road easement located in the ~ section 10, T. 42 N.,
<br />R. 10 E., NMPM, Colorado, and as shown on Plat Drawing Numbers 1298-538-926 and
<br />-933, being more particularly descibed as follows:

<br />E, 125.96 feet; thence N 220 59' 10" W, 4,701.15 feet to the endpoint of Parcel
<br />~ on the south line of Parcel SW-138 PE, described in this schedule, whence
<br />the SE corner of Parcel SW-138 PE bears S 89026' 01" E, 77 feet. The sidelines
<br />of Parcel AR-15 may be lengthened or shortened to meet the north line of Parcel
<br />SW-137 PE and or the south line of Parcel SW-138 PE. Parcel AR-15 contains 3.24
