<br />13' 15" W, 250.61 feet to the endpoint of Parcel AR-9 at the point of
<br />intersection of the south right-of-way line of Parcel 1891-3 PE and the east line
<br />of Parcel SW-107 PE, described in this schedule, whence the SE corner of Parcel
<br />SW-107 PE bears S 0017'17"W, 71.36 feet. The side lines of Parcel AR-9 may be

<br />S 00 04' 43" E, 490.92 feet to the endpoint of Parcel AR-10 on the north line
<br />of Parcel SW-I03 PE, described in this schedule, whence the NW corner of Parcel
<br />SW-103 PE bears S 890 47' 39" W, along the north line of Parcel SW-103 PE, 64.9S
<br />feet. The sidelines of Parcel AR-I0 may be lengthened or shortened to meet the
<br />north line of section224 and or the north line of Parcel SW-103 PE. Parcel AR-

<br />E., NMPM, Colorado, dated August 16, 1983, bears S 810 42' 07" W, 1,011.89 feet;
<br />thence S 360 03' 26" E, 162 feet to a point on the line between sections 13 and
<br />24 whence said quarter corner referenced above bears S 890 13' 51" w, 1,096.99
<br />feet; thence continuing S 360 03' 26" E, 201.43 feet; thence S 300 46' 22" E,
<br />231.58 feet to the endpoint of Parcel AR-11 on the west line of N~~ section
<br />24. The sidelines of Parcel AR-11 may be lengthened or shortened to meet the
<br />south right-of-way of Saguache County Road D as constructed and which is
<br />described in Right-of-Way No. 776, Book 7, between the State of Co~orado,
<br />grantor, and Saguache County, grantee. Parcel AR-11 contains 12,990 FT (0.30
